Get started by logging in to Texans digital banking. Card Manager can be found in the Tools dropdown menu in Online Banking and at the bottom of your screen in your Texans mobile app.

Never pay for an unused subscription again. Recurring Payments lists all the merchants that have your card stored for a subscription (like streaming services) or recurring payment (like your electric provider) to make sure you're only paying for what you want.

Card on File helps you take your review a step further with a look at every merchant you've saved your card for future use with (like ride-share and delivery services) to make sure your information is only kept where you want it.

What extra features are available for credit cards?

In addition to all the benefits of Card Manager, credit card holders are able to access up to 24 months worth of account statements and make payments within the tool. Texans Cash Rewards cardholders can also view their rewards point balances and redeem points for rewards.

How do I set parental controls for my teen's card?

Account holders under the age of 18 are not automatically enrolled in Card Manager. You may set Parental Controls by adding their card to your account. From your Card Manager dashboard, select Add Card. This is found above your cards in Digital Banking and by swiping left on your cards in the Texans mobile app. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your teen's card, then customize their controls and alerts to fit your needs.

How do I change my PIN?

From your Card Manager dashboard, choose the card you want to update the PIN for. Under Manage Card, select set PIN, then follow the on-screen instructions to create a new PIN for your selected debit or credit card. Your new PIN will be effective immediately after you complete the change.

Where can I find my spending insights?

From your Card Manager dashboard, select Spend Insights. Here, you'll be able to view your monthly spending by merchant and category, month, and location. When you tap on a transaction, you can view additional details, including the merchant's name, logo, address, phone number, and exact location.

How do I add my card to my phone's mobile wallet?

If you have a compatible mobile wallet downloaded on your device, a shortcut will appear on your Card Manager dashboard under the image of your card. Select the Add to Apple Pay or Add to Google Pay shortcut, then follow the on screen prompts to add your Texans card. This feature is compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

My card has been lost or stolen. What do I need to do?

If your card has been lost or stolen, select Lost/Stolen from your Card Manager dashboard. Follow the on screen prompts to disable your card and get a replacement mailed to you.

I'm traveling soon. How can I add my travel plans to my cards?

From your Card Manager dashboard, select Travel Plan. Choose Add Travel Plan and enter the states and countries you'll be visiting. Enter your date of departure and date of return, then tap Update to save your travel plan. If your travel plans change, simply choose your existing travel plan to view and edit your travel plan details.

Where can I see which merchants have my card saved?

From your Card Manager dashboard, select Cards on File. Within the Card on File tab, you can review all the merchants where you've previously saved your card for future use, like online shopping sites or ride share services.

Where can I find my recurring payments and subscriptions?

From your Card Manager dashboard, select Cards on File. Within the Recurring Payments tab, you can review all the merchants that have your card saved for a subscription or recurring payment, like streaming services or your electric provider.

How do I set up custom card alerts?

From your Card Manager dashboard, select Controls and Alerts under Manage Card. Within the Alerts tab, you'll be able to create custom notifications based on location, merchant types, transaction types, and spending limits. By selecting Enable Additional Alerts, you can also choose to receive notifications for upcoming payment due dates and custom available credit thresholds.

How do I set up custom card controls?

Card Manager automatically alerts you to all card activity to help keep your account secure. To customize your alerts, simply select Manage Card from your Card Manager dashboard, then choose Controls & Alerts. Within the Controls tab, you'll have access to set spending limits and create restrictions based on location, merchant type, and transaction types.

Where can I find Card Manager?

To access Card Manager, first log in to your Online Banking account or Texans mobile app. To find Card Manager in Online Banking, navigate to the Tools dropdown menu, then select Card Manager. In the Texans mobile app, Card Manager can be found at the bottom of your screen after log in.
